Very good service, well organised and top price-service equivalent. Really recommendable. The nature is absolutely gorgeous, fun factor is guaranteed and the guides are well experienced.
The only negative point to mention is that the practical rules applicable on the boat were not really enforced which could cause to unnecessary accidents.

Great! Pick up was punctual. Our guide was Chiku and he was funny, entertaining and informative. Only downside was that we had to climb very steep slopes both before and after the rafting, so be warned.

We really enjoyed our rafting experience. The driver arrived right on time for the pickup. We were greeted with nice cold drink on arrival. Short while later we got safety gear and made our way down to the river. After short safety instructions we were in the boat getting wet. The guide knew local stories and was happy to answer our questions. To cut a long story short, we had a fun. 2 hours wet really quickly.
After quick shower we had a meal which was nice and ordered an extra large beer. After short chat we were taken to the hotel.
We took private pickup option and it was worth it. If you never try it I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great time on this tour and would recommend, if you get time in Ubud, to book with these guys. We had great service from beginning to end and the tour was suitable for a family of five with two older people (age 60) who enjoyed the experience just as much. Great value for money!
