Spa was disappointing. Expected a 2hr massage turn out to be only 1 hr massage with 30min body scrub n remaining 30min was for relaxing in the bathtub but we were not told where we were just asked to take a shower. Is only when after showering where we notice is only 1.5hr and asked that we were told. Also, massage place was not in puri santrian where we stayed, but was drove to another location abt 15 to 20min drive from the hotel even though they are under the same management.

My husband and I had enjoyed the seawalker but was very disappointed because we did not get our seawalker photo due to the staffs mistake. The staff did not help much to retrieve our photo and even ask me to complain to bali activities on this issue. The spa was not the best. It was average because though we will asked to choose what strength we want for the massage, we will not treated according to our choice. I guess the massager was too young and do not have much experience. Driver fetched us promptly.

This was a great experience. Price was reasonable and the transport given was on time and activities were exciting and relaxing! The spa is one of the best spas I have ever experienced as the people are professional, friendly and hygienic. The sea walker is a game changing experience for my fiancee as she was always afraid of deep sea water. Right now she dares to snorkel and the both of us really loved the experience!
