This is our second time with Mason adventures and it did not disappoint. Everything was very well organised. Pick up was on time, with clean spacious cars and professional drivers. The check in process was smooth, and changing facility was clean.modern and spacious. The steps that took us down to the river was well established, no need to go down muddy roads. Our guide was experience, friendly, and knowledgeable. Lunch was plenty and the venue was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the day so much!

White water rafting was amazing! The highlight of our trip to Bali! Our guide was amazing and funny! We went with our four children (11,9,7,6) and it was very safe and fun for them. We where able to stop at several places and take pictures. I brought a water proof camera but was not need as the video was amazing! Definitely, get the video! So much fun to watch and much better than the pictures. Highly recommended rafting. The showers were clean and buffet lunch was amazing afterwards. Elephant safari ride was nice but we much preferred rafting.

The elephant park is the best in Bali for families with young kids!

An amazing experience. The ride on the river was a good mix of thrilling rapids and more relaxing moments spent observing the nature around us. The guide was great and made sure to stop on the way (waterfalls and sculpted walls) so we could take pictures.
The safari ride was nice too. We were really impressed by the quality of the infrastructures. The park is impressive and the elephants all seemed to be fairly treated.

We were absolutely thrilled with the time we spent white water rafting and elephant riding. Mason Tours were excellent! All the staff were polite, the guides were AWESOME and the experience was brilliant. We were travelling with my mother of 63 years who had a knee replacement last year and if it wasn't for our two raft guides Budu ( and I cant remember the other one, sorry) she wouldn't have gotten up the stairs afterwards without them. TWO BIG THUMBS UP !! Would absolutely recommend your company to anyone travelling to Bali :)

Very nice experience....i would recommend it for sure !!! Rafting was great and our guide was very funny :) the elephant park/ride wqs a very relaxing experience :)
I would have given it 5 star if photos/videos were not that expensive (300idr for some photos on pendrive)

Un moment superbe en rafting ! C'était la première fois pour mes enfants, ils en garderont un souvenir inoubliable ! Les éléphants, c'était sympa mais moins marquant que le rafting au milieu de la jungle !

We really enjoyed our time and my only request is to provide more showers in your premises because in peak times number of guest are a lot and it takes a long time to be able to have a shower. other than that it was really great.

Fantastic day. Well organised activities.
The white water rafting was a well organised and fun event. The staff were brilliant and from seeing the other providers running similar we thought we had the best experience in terms of length of activity and safety / quality of equipment.
The elephant safari was a great experience at a nice quality venue. The elephants appear to be well looked after and the keepers were very professional. The highlight was trekking through the elephant pond at the end with ours spraying the onlooking guests.
