We went to the elephant park as a family, and everyone (aged 15 - 64) had an amazing time. There was something for everyone, and we learnt a lot about the elephants and especially enjoyed the elephant hugs during photo time. Next time we come to Bali, we will definitely come back again. Thanks for an amazing holiday memory!

What a beautiful experience for our family (4 adults, 2 children.... Ages 5 - 70). We found information for the Mason Lodge online and watched the video about how it began, what it was doing, and so on. Since we live on the island of Sumatra, we felt we could not let this opportunity pass. So, we booked online and made our way to Mason Elephant Park while vacationing in Bali. It was an couple of hour drive and an overcast, then rainy, day but that didn't stop us. We fed the elephants, were able to interact with them, and then some of our family went for a ride. It was a pleasure to just sit and watch these amazing creatures. The park itself is beautifully kept and it was worth the investment for our children to experience it. The restaurant was just a bonus as we watched elephants enjoy playing/bathing in the water. While we all worry about the well-being of any animal in captivity, we felt comfortable with the information we found and believe this park is an asset to the elephants, who otherwise would suffer at the hands of unkind people.

Thank you so much for a fantastic day and washing an elephant will live with my wife forever .I had read lots of comments about your elephant park and some were not very complimentary about it and was a bit concerned about what I would find after the covid but I need not have worried . We did not ride the elephants as i am not a supporter of this but understand you need too make a living. But I am very happy to say what I saw there was very well looked after and happy elephants that were very much loved by there keeper's . We had a very special time there and was very pleasant time with our driver that took us to the park as he looked after us very well and also so included some nice places to visit on our way home to our hotel..So to finish please never believe all you read until you have seen with your own eyes.
