Everything was handled very professionaly. The pick up and drop off, the preperations, the lunch (which was a buffet),... Also very clean showers and equipement. The kayaking experience was absolutely amazing. We had such a great time with the two Wayans. They took good care of us, pointed out things to see, stopped for pictures and were just overal nice and funny guys. Since the ride is challenging for people without too much kayaking experience (as my husband and I), you sit in a kayak with one of the guides. But we also sat together for a short distance where the water path was easier. Would def recommend!
