We had a fantastic evening at Mason Safari Park meeting all the beautiful elephants. The park is very well run and a peaceful environment. The elephants seem well looked after and the guides are knowledgeable. We had a lovely meal at the restaurant. Unfortunately my wife was poorly so couldn’t eat much but the staff were so accommodating suggesting other options for her. Thankyou to all!

Absolutely amazing experience. Very educational. Seeing and interacting with the elephants is an opportunity you can never forget! We can’t wait to go back to Bali and visit this park again! So wonderful!

This is a beautiful place with natural location. All greenery around.. elephant ride was exciting. However Elephant talent show was very poor. The continental dinner was Delicious. The Ground staff even though was very courteous but they need to improve their management. to upgrade the level of this beautiful event for the tourist.

Driver was polite and on time. We liked him very much. The personal guide through the park was fantastic. The park is very well maintained and beautiful. Loved the elephants. Thank you for having us

Although it was a nice experience, I expected a little bit more... We had a quick tour through the park and picture with elephants but then we had to wait for more than an hour for the elephant show... there wasnt much to do, so people just had to sit there and do nothing. The show cannot really be called a show, since it maybe took 10min in total. The safari tour was cool but again very short... I wish there would have been more of interaction with the elephants. Dinner was nice.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday to Bali therefore we were not able to attend the tour due to a very close family friend being diagnosed with terminal cancer and only given a few weeks to live. I have to say though due to the very friendly staff via the internet contacts they have marked our ticket as open so therefore we can still use for our next trip to Bali, thankyou heaps and very kind of you and look forward to using our ticket and thanking you in person on our next visit. We came to your night safari yesterday 24th April. It was our wedding anniversary too. The driver that collected us was very nice.  Whenwe arrived we were greeted by the park guide Budiash. He was so nice. He gave us a full tour of the beautiful park we met the huge Arapaima fish Shrek, fed the Koi by hand which was so good.  We then fed an elephant, walked around the park met the 2 elephants in the hospital, and dodged some large poos lol. All with Budiash telling us amazing stories of the park. Also Budiash took us to meet Mr Wong and his new lady friend. We met out Mahout Budiana for our ride on Ardila. Trecking through the forest Budiana also keept us informed of  his and Ardila's companionship for the last 10 years, which was amazing, and you can tell he cares for Ardila passionately. As I am sure everyone there does. We then had an amazing gourmet dinner. Which your waitresses and waitors were very attentive. On completion of the meal, my husband and I were presented with an anniversary cake which was beautiful.  After visiting the gift shop and purchasing 2 elephants we departed for our rode back to Seminyak.  My husband was sceptical about coming on the safari, but he was totally amazed by the whole experience and admitted what a great time he had. I would like to thank you for a great time and would you please make sure Nigel Mason sees that Budiash and Budiana are thanked on our behalf for the amazing tour.

Very friendly staff. Lovely food. Well kept and loved that the animals were so respected and kept out in the open rather than being in cages. Would definitely recommend it to friends. Just a suggestion - elephant riding at night should have more lights along the riding path so that we can have better visibility - it was pitch black for most of the ride

This was a very unique experience. Before riding the elephants, we were able to feed them and take photos. The ride itself was a little rocky in that there's a lot of swaying because of the elephants natural gate. The food was beyond anything we'd expected. This was a first class meal with wonderful presentation. Definitely would recommend this adventure.

The Elephant Safari was AWESOME! Everyone was so nice and the food was great! And the elephants are absolutely adorable! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
