Wonderful experience at Mason elephant park. So fun to get such an up-close and personal experience with the elephants. The elephants seems to be well taken care of with a good environment. I would definitely go again.

the elephants seemed very happy and they were very clean. the trainers seemed very knowledgeable and they were very well trained. the elephant ride was enjoyable as we saw the elephants behaved in their natural way. the baby elephant was so cute and we heard another two of them are pregnant! will be excited to see the two new babies!

This park was good taken care of, but we hoped the Elephants would live in a more natural environment. IT didn’t feel like a wildlife experience, But more like a zoo.

Very beautiful park! I like the entry with little information about elephant, the museum and then the park. See éléphants was a very good experience for me. Sadly during my ballad, I saw some éléphants tied and even if the park admit not to mistreat them, I was very disappointed to see that. But the end of my experience was in the art gallery which is very beautiful. Just a suggestion, think about what is mistreatance!

Perfect stay. Jumbo wash and elephant safari are great activities... truly recommended!!! Good staff... Only negative note : elephants are kept in chains while waiting for rides... not sure they have a big spot to walk freely at the end of the day...

Fantastic place. It's a shame that the drivers can't come in as we paid for our driver who would carry our bags and watch out daughter sometimes when we needed.
We had one worker who spoke to us personally for a good 10mins about the elephants and what happens and we loved it. Something more formal like that would be great.

We had a flexible booking to turn up whenever and have an elephant ride. As soon as we arrived, we were offered our elephant ride but we decided to wait until after the show, so we didnt miss out on seeing their tricks. It was very clean and well presented. The elephant ride was great, despite the rain, which we were given umbrellas for - great service! Would recommend, much fun had by all.

My wife and I scheduled a one day tour to ride an elephant and feed them afterwards. We were here for our honeymoon and it was truly an unforgettable experience thanks to our guide, Madi and his elephant Rama. He was extremely kind and very knowledgeable about elephants and Bali so we learned lots of fun facts! All of the guides were great when it was time to feed the other elephants and we definitely got great photos thanks to them! We definitely recommend coming here to create unforgettable memories of your own! Definitely was the best day we had in Bali!
