Very very enriching experience with the elephants and the mahouts in the park. Very gentle and friendly elephants. Mahouts were lively and jolly. We took the safari and liked it very much. The park is also very natural and gives a real feel of a reserve forest. Keep up the good work.

I really had a wonderful time at this sanctuary, the elephant ride was on my bucket list so I had to do that. This sanctuary allows you to be up close and personal with the elephants. They are large but gentle creatures, I rode an elephant named beautiful. She was truly something else. If you get a chance to go here soak up everything and partake in all of the activities.

Great day lovely place lovely food interesting elephant ride guide. Nice we got discount for booking jungle buggies while at elephant park which was great too. Only negative was to purchase video of jungle buggy ride way too expensive

We had a wonderful time on the Elephant Safari. We enjoyed spending time and learning more about the care the elephants received. We highly recommend this tour and would do it again if we visit Bali again.

We had park pass and elephant ride. Everyone was pleasant, park was clean and pretty and food was great. Service was great. We also had private transport from/to resort and the driver was friendly and provided area info during the drive.

absolutely amazing. the elephants are so sweet and friendly. we loved feeding them and taking pictures with them. the ride was so smooth and our guide was so friendly and taught us all he knew about his elephant. definitely recommend for all ages. it was such a great experience.

Great experience! Pickup at the hotel on time, nice park staff, tasty lunch included (buffet style, excluding beverages). Riding and feeding an elephant was perfect experience.
I feel safe and comfortable.
Regarding the animal care, the park is certified for animal wellbeing, the staff is caring.
You can learn more about how the park operates and how do take care of the elephants. I did not see any problems.

Absolutely the best experience tried in Bali! The elephants Mason was insane! The atmosphere is incredible, all the workers there are kind and welcoming, the place is such a paradise and the Safari tour with the elephants worth all the money! And plus the lunch there was very very good!

Elephants are my most favourite animal of all time and it was such a pleasure to visit the park where they're so well looked after! We even saw the newest bub of the tribe at 11days old....
Each elephant we encountered was so well mannered and it shows just how much care and training these beautiful creatures receive.
Thanks to Mason Elephant Park for the amazing adventure... We will be back!

The communication with Mason was smooth for hotel pick up. They arrived on time. The park was great. Riding the elephants was super fun and much longer than I expected. Buffet lunch was also good, though the prices for beverages (which are not included in the buffet) were astronomical (35k IDR for a can of soda). Also, the educational show that is supposed to be included in the ticket was not available as the site was under construction. That was disappointing but the trip was still worth it.

Our elephant was Ryan, he is a very large male with a truly great understanding with his trainer. ( Apologies can't remember the trainers name).

Parc à touriste, un monde incroyable pour l activité nourrissage 3 éléphants pour 30 personnes. Les éléphants sont enchaînés leur laissant 10m2 de déplacement même s ils sont en pleine nature. Très cher pour ce que c’est. Je pensais que c était plus un parc à vocation de réinsertion des éléphants mais c est comme tous ces parcs pauvres bêtes.

An elephant ride was not on our bucket list, but is now on and ticked off, enjoyed the ride, a little to what we both imagined though, but were glad we did it. Our elephant jockey was really great, spoke well and was quite funny at times. The museum was great to see, the buffet lunch was awesome, catered for everyone - young and old. We did not realize there was a gift shop to buy things from, which was a little disappointing, as i collect elephants, we (I) did not see any signs or advertising of the shop's whereabouts. We had a wonderful time on our tour! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the elephants were amazing. We had a great experience feeding them, going for a ride and watching the educational session. Also, the lunch provided as part of our package was delicious! I highly recommend this tour!

A fantastic adventure for young & old. Staff are very accommodating, the park is beautifully maintained, food was delicious and the elephants are magnificent. It's clear there is a lot of love and compassion for the elephants and the education piece around their salvation is very important.

This was the most wonderful experience of my lifetime - one I would never forget. The elephants were adorable and we weren't rushed away like any other place would normally do. The caretakers allowed us to take our own time with photos and petting the elephants. The elephants were well trained and this is certainly one I'll remember for a lifetime and share with others.

The Elephant trainer (unfortunately we don’t remember his name – sorry for that) explained everything in detail and took good care of us during the whole ride. We had plenty of fun with the Elephant who stopped during the ride to eat, it seems that he’s hungry all day long

I was for the first time in a safari and so closer to an elephant. I was impressed about services, nice driver, nice guide and elephant, nice park and very clean. The workers was very friendly and take pictures for visitors.
Is a beautuful experience. You must have it.

Its a lovely place to visit but its expensive. You pay to get in and then the elephant ride is over $100 and then to feed the elephants costs $10 a basket of fruit and veg. This is extremely expensive for Bali. The Mahuts get paid $10 a day!!!
I did love the experience but this is definitely a one off - too expensive!
On the positive side - the driver arrived on time and took us back to our hotel. It was well organised.

Elephant riding is an experience one should not miss. This tour was great! It was the first time my wife and I vacationed in Bali. The pick up at our hotel was on time,
and the drive to the park was scenic. We picked-up a party of two so the entrance at the park (for 4) was easy. The guides were friendly and informative. Feeding and picture taking with the elephants was a blast. The ride was nice and once you learned how to sway with the elephant, was easy. Lunch provided was of good quality and choices available. The talent show was fun but not long enough. The museum was informative. Most importantly, the elephants are treated well, which was very important to my wife and I.
Would highly recommend. We had a great morning out. One drawback, driving back to our hotel....warning that traffic in Ubud at 1:00 to 2:30pm is terrible / gridlock. So we decided to exit the vehicle and walk back to our hotel, which was a nice comfortable walk.

I like that the driver would come to your hotel or villa and take you to the park. My kids really enjoyed not only riding the elephants but feeding them as well.

Hi there, the elephant park was lovely. Feeding the elephants was certainly my favourite part. Lunch was delicious and there was a lot of choice. The grounds and gardens were very well maintained. Unfortunately the car trip there was just awful. The allocated driver was going at great speed, taking little care and even crashed in to a car's mirror. One girl in the car had to stop to vomit twice. This is what stopped me from giving five stars. The actual elephant park was great though!

Loved our experience. The only negative was that the food was not hot. Quite disappointing. The only other thing we did not enjoy was the music at the elephant show. Just a bit cheesy.
Other than this the devotion of the carers of the elephants and the long term relationship between the two was just wonderful.
Our son said his experience with the elephants was the best time of his life.

Absolutely fabulous. Mahout was chatty and informative, and obviously loved his baby. Gardens were spectacular, and simply breathtaking. Lunch was gorgeous, being a fifo worker, buffets don't do it for me but this was great. recommend the trip if you are into elephants.

We had an amazing experience with Bali adventure tours. We got picked up from our accomadation by a shuttle out to the elephant park. The was so clean, the staff were extremely friendly and informative, our ride was an experience we will always remember. The elephant show was so entertaining and we loved feeling the elephants. The buffet lunch was absolutely delicious, could not fault any part of our trip and would highly recommend it to anyone i speak to.

This was the highlight of our trip to Bali. The pickup service from Seminyak was perfect as it gave us a real sense of Bali as we drove through a number of villages along the way. On arrival at the Elephant Safari we started our Elephant ride in minutes. 30 minute ride was perfect, watched the Elephant Show then photo's feeding the Elephants. Great lunch at the beautiful undercover main hall, and then plenty of time to walk the beautiful gardens and shopping. A fantastic day out, Thankyou.
