This is my second time visit Bali Safari
All shows was good as usual
Cleanliness in the toilet needs to be improved
All staff inside Bali safari very friendly and helpful
Except staff on the entrance ( ticketing ) , who didn't smile when welcoming us ,not friendly either. ( idk maybe she's too tired or not in good condition)
But I still give Bali Safari *5 ,

Saya suka sekali vibe taman safari ini. Terutama yg exceptional adlh Bali Agung show. Productionnya luar biasa bagus!!! Durasi show juga sangat memuaskan. Yang bisa ditingkatkan: durasi safary journey bisa ditambah, sehingga customer lebih puas keliling2. Makanan di Kampung Gajah juga tdk terlalu mahal utk ukuran theme park. Terima kasih!

Overall ok menawarkan experience yang berbeda dengan safari di Bogor. Tetapi untuk antrian safari journey terutama sebelum pagar agar ada petugas agar lebih tertib karena chaos apalagi ketika itu saya bawa anak2.

Because we were late in getting to the park (arrived around 12 PM), we didn't have a chance to watch many shows. But it was a fun trip! First we walk around some main attractions (white tiger, komodo dragon, feeding the piranhas, etc). Then we took a ride in a bus around the park (the bus is provided by the park and no additional cost). So we looked at lions, elephants, giraffes, bears and other big animals. The bus was air-con (so it was comfortable), and a guide gave short info on the animals we were looking at in two languages (Bahasa and English). The ride was short (around 30 minutes). But the driver was kinda curt. Then on our way back, we had pictures taken with the birds.
Highlight of the trip: we met Ceri/Cherry, a young orang utan. He/she was exercising, and the orang utan was fond of rolling around in a sack/burlap. My family took a video and loved it!
I've been to this park 3-4 times, and I'd still recommend visiting this park (especially for families with kids). Thanks!

A great day out! We loved the tiger show and the baby orangutans having playtime. We also learnt how paper is made from elephant poo which my children found fascinating. The shop is not overpriced as in some tourist attractions and there’s a wide variety of restaurants for lunch.
One thing we would do next time is pay a little extra for the private safari jeep, we saw it stop to feed the zebras and some of the other animals, our group bus raced around!
However, it was a fun day out!

Overal was amazing experiance.. my kids was so happy.
But we cannot use our F&B 10% disc in outlet,, came to 2 outlet to buy food but they refused the voucher. They said Maybe, only valid at the restaurant. But in the voucher stated can use in any F&B outlet at Bali Safari & Marine Park. Next time, just make it clear, so we not get confused. Thank you

We went with our 4 year old son. We were initially skeptical for 2 reasons - welfare of animals/facilities and the price! We still feel it's expensive, but left satisfied! Here's why:
Aquarium side - loved the natural light; selection of fish is very very less
Short boat ride was mystical and creative
Safari - Indian animals - ended before it started. Our son loved the pachyderms
Animal show was informative!
Elephant show - our son still talks about it! Brought me to tears. We can see that the elephants are trained, but for an educational purpose!
Don't remember - but a couple areas were closed!

If there is an option for minus star rating I would give my experience a minus star. Bali Safari dis not provide an open information about pricing. The packages and rates on the website are for foreign tourists, while the rates for domestic tourists are provided only if you call them directly. I happened to book online through the website and only later found out about existing packages for domestic tourists. For domestic tourists who are not familiar with the system of price discrimination in Indonesia, will easily be duped into buying the packages made for foreign tourists and Bali Safari will not say anything. For example, on the website there is an option to buy Adventure package for Rp 570.000,- but if you call Bali Safari directly there is a similar package for domestic tourists (Safari Explorer) for only Rp 150.000,-. I have contacted Bali Safari regarding this matter and the response is disappointing. They did not explain why they are not being transparent about the pricing.
