We had a great time at Ayung River with our guide Toto. It was a fairly easy, but still fun, rafting experience for beginners like us (including an 8-year-old).

This was a great trip. Umbrella the guide was full of fun and our family of five loved the trip. The shower facilities afterwards were clean and warm and the meal was good. Pick up and drop off was on time and efficient. Would recommend you book this trip with this company .

This time was my 3rd time rafting experience, 2 times was your Sobek rafting and enjyoed very much. One request for boat, it is better to set foot belt on floor of boat to keep body stable.
Second,if food menu has more variety much much better. Thanks.

The white water rafting was awesome. Dolphin was a great guide, the seting was beautiful. The rapids weren’t quite as exciting as we’d have liked but was still great. Food was adeqaute and showering facilities quite nice. Felt safety instruction could have been more extensive as well as more attention to the fitting of life jackets and helmets (I was given one way too loose with my partner having to find me a better fitting one himself) and do all the tightening and checks ourself (despite knowing nothing about life jackets). They were simply looked at from afar with a thumbs up, no pull or tug check. Further advertisement of extensive trekking to and from river would have been appreciated.

A great experience! The rafting is really well organised and a great thing to do whilst in Ubud. The rafting was good fun, safe and you have the opportunity to enjoy amazing scenery, including seeing incredible rock carvings along the river route.

Everyone should do this trip. It's amazing floating down the river. The sourroundings are beautifull wit the rainforrest. Dont expect challenges from rafting or rapids. Even younger kids can participate. The challenges are the 400 steps down to starting point and the 200 steps up, when you end the rafting. Excellent captain. Very nice and professional. We were in good and safe hands. Do this trip to explore Balis exciting rivers and rainforrest.

An excellent day white water rafting. A perfect way to spend a family day. Daughters aged 6, 8 & 12 had a fabulous time, through beautiful scenery and enough rapids to have some thrills and fun along the way.
