1. Better to mention that all rooms are with no balcony or window direct to outside of building. so in the future we advise expect better development to acquire 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. 2. Room length is match with expectation. we book and mention clearly for 2 adult and 1 child. but difficult to get extra towel for child. 3. Thanking much for kindness and hospitality for Mr. Magi, the room cleaning staff. 4. on the last night we checked out, the air condition was leaked, make our shoes and sandals wet. 5. Food is good. 6. Overall is Good.

Location is excellent, and staff are beautiful (always acknowledge you with a smile and eager to please). The Executive Rooms are on the lower ground so there are no views or sunshine. That being said, we were out most of the time so it wasn’t an issue. The bands playing at night may be an issue for some, but it didn’t keep the 3 of us up. Breakfast was up on level 4 with views of the ocean and we capped the day off with drinks at sunset listening to some great tunes from the DJ.

Ms. Rosa, the front desk receptionist, is one of the few things that made our stay a pleasant one. I also would like to commend the Seven Bar staff for they really did plan a good sunset view for us plus the food was superb! Roomwise, we were not satisfied with the toilet, the smell was so disgusting and even a little noise anywhere in the room can be heard, thus privacy is really at stake. There is one of your security guards on duty who was not that alert and helpful for I've seen him busy with his handphone everytime we are at the front lobby/parking area. 3 star for Ms. Rosa, Seven Bar staff and the venue!
