Nusa Penida is one of Bali's most famous diving areas. Diving around the islands of Nusa Penida, Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Lembongan is an exhilarating experience - great drifts, stunning reefs, big fish and an all-round abundance of marine life. Nusa Penida is not just about big fish though, the reefs here are also home to incredible macro life, turtles, sea snakes, reef sharks, wobbegong sharks and numerous fish species including lionfish, sting rays, several scorpionfish species, bright and colourful nudibranch, butterfly fish, angelfishes, snappers, puffers, fusiliers and many crab and shrimp species are all possible to see here. We usually dive at Manta Point to see the resident Manta Rays, Crystal Bay for schools of colourful reef fish and the chance to see the magnificent Mola (July-October). Our third dive is a thrilling drift dive on the north side of the island where we see rich reefs that are full of life and occasional passing pelagic - anything is possible! During the Mola season we sometimes make the third dive also in Crystal Bay to maximise your chances of seeing this rare and unusual looking fish. Please note that exact sites will be determinded on the day, based on ocean conditions. Nusa Penida about 45 minutes by speedboat from Sanur. Your tasty lunch is served on board the boat between the second and third dive. All dives are guided by our awesome guides, our group sizes are no bigger than 4 divers to 1 experienced PADI Professional. If you haven't been diving for more than 12 months &/or you have less than 25 dives experience you will need to select the private guide option. This is for safety reasons as there is often strong currents and cold water temperatures. One private guide can dive with you alone or with you and your partner. A private guide is also a great option for underwater photographers or those looking for a more personal and special diving experience. For safety reasons we require all divers to either rent or have their own dive computer.
